How to send mail from iPhone

The new mobile friendly demands of the digital audience are more and more at the center of the discussions and design purposes of all those suppliers that like Apple have always been attentive to the demands and changes in the behavior of their customers. All with the sole purpose of offering an experience that is as fast as possible and at the same time allows people to achieve the end for which the user uses the app in the best way in terms of efficiency and quality. An even more valid speech if it involves the world of mail, a means that now we all use for countless purposes and that has become an integral part of our day. Whether it is for work, to receive news or subscriptions, emails are an essential tool and it is therefore necessary that the reception and especially the sending take place in the most convenient way possible. Let’s see then how the US company of the “big apple” allows all this to turn into reality and then how to send messages through the Mail app specially designed for this eventuality.

Write an email using iPhone

Through the Mail app proposed by Apple, will be offered to each mobile customer the ability to write and edit emails from any account, use a custom signature for the e-mail, mark addresses that do not belong to certain domains and more. Let’s dwell on the first point and see how in a few steps you can send an email completely through the use of the smartphone. Once you open the above app to create the message you will have to:

  1. Tap the icon that shows the symbol of a pencil that writes on white paper, better known as the compose button.
  2. By touching any point within the text field you can start to write the message with the possibility of composing it by sliding your finger from one letter to another of the word and lifting it if you want to add a space;
  3. You can also change the formatting by tapping the arrow in the appropriate bar above the keyboard and clicking on the Aa button;
  4. Now it’s time to add the recipient by tapping the To field and typing the name of the contact, if saved in the address book or if already contacted, or by entering the recipient’s email address. As you write, Mail automatically suggests recipients from Contacts, along with contact email addresses that have more than one email address.

If you are interested in sending the same email to multiple recipients, without them noticing, you will have to fill in the Cc/Bcc field with the recipients and those who instead want to hide, and then finish the procedure by clicking on Send, the arrow that is presented on the screen in the upper right corner, also adding any attachments via the attash symbol.
